Fill out our brief form about your preferred tenancy on our property alerts tab.

We will notify you immediately
When the right property comes on the market via email and text alerts before properties get listed on Zoopla.

Book your viewings on our online portal
We will be on hand to answer any questions immediately and advise where necessary

Make an offer
Once you find your ideal property you can make an offer via our online portal or speak with your agent. Let us know if there are any special conditions of the offer and we will communicate this to the landlord

Agree an offer
If your offer is accepted we will organise the following:

Collect references

Arrange Tenancy Agreement

Collect your moving in payment

Collect your proof of ID

Conduct Right to Rent checks

Completion
Upon completion, you will be given your set of keys and if your property is managed we will provide you with your dedicated Property Manager's contact details. Congratulations, you can now move into your new home!
